The Laboratory Animal Sciences Program at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research seeks a highly qualified PhD professional to lead tissue engineering and biomedical engineering initiatives. Qualifications

• PhD required with CHEA-equivalency for foreign degrees.
• Expertise in tissue engineering or biomedical engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with basic and advanced lab techniques and microscopy.
• Proven ability to document data and maintain records.
• Experience operating standard lab equipment and QC procedures.
• Experience publishing peer-reviewed research or similar outputs.
• Demonstrated sustained accomplishment during doctorate work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical/scientific software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
