Texas Freedom Network seeks a part-time Organizing Associate based in Austin, Texas to build and mobilize grassroots support around education, civil rights, and LGBTQ+ rights. You will assist the organizing team with mobilizing volunteers, educating activists, and cultivating partnerships with statewide stakeholders.

The Texas Freedom Network (TFN) seeks a part-time Organizing Associate based in Austin, Texas. TFN is a statewide non-partisan, grassroots organization that is building an informed and effective movement working toward equality and social justice.
The Organizing Associate will focus on basebuilding around TFN’s issue priorities, including public education, religious freedom, voting rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and reproductive justice. The main responsibilities of the Organizing Associate will include assisting the organizing team with mobilizing and educating grassroots activists, and supporting efforts to build relationships with key partners and stakeholders statewide. The Organizing Associate should be deeply committed to promoting civil liberties for all Texans. The Organizing Associate will report to the Organizing Director.
