Job summary

The Nuclear Company in Columbia, SC is seeking a highly motivated Organizational Effectiveness/Performance Improvement Analyst to join our Organizational Effectiveness team in Columbia, South Carolina. The Organizational Effectiveness/Performance Improvement Analyst drives measurable improvements in organizational and operational performance by analyzing processes, human performance, and business data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, or related operations roles.
• Experience conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions with measurable results.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives from scoping to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational and performance improvement analyses to identify root causes and recommend strategies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Human Performance) with department leaders.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to track progress.
• Identify and implement AI-powered data analysis and automation to streamline assessments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and causal factors for improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and monitor effectiveness initiatives and metrics.
• Develop and deliver training on performance improvement tools and standards.
• Support change management related to process, structural, or cultural improvements.
