Qualifications

• 3–5 years in organizational effectiveness or related role.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analyses with measurable improvements.
• Proven ability to analyze operational and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional process-improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma/HPI).

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective strategies.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives with department leaders and staff.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to track improvement progress.
• Identify and implement AI-powered data analysis and automation tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends, causal factors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and monitor effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training on performance-improvement tools and human-performance standards.
• Support change management during process or cultural improvements.
