Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Excellence Associate Intern in Orlando, FL. The role supports power generation services training programs, including coordination, material development, and data reporting.

You will work with the team on learning initiatives, maintain learning resources, and help deliver engaging content using PowerPoint, PowerApps, and SharePoint. Local travel and light lifting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university in a related field.
• Interest in learning and development and HR programs.
• Strong reading, analysis, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel locally to Orlando locations up to 5% and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
• Maintain training records in PowerApps and support Power BI dashboards.
• Update SharePoint pages to keep resources current.
• Create and update training materials, guides, and multimedia resources.
• Design visuals and presentations to communicate programs and updates.
