Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL invites candidates for the Sales and Operations Planning Associate internship to gain hands-on training across Parts Planning, Parts Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

You will support quarterly forecasts, reports, and KPI tracking while learning SAP data management and front-line planning processes in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BS program in ME, IE, or Business Administration at a University.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly in English.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with basic statistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data tools.
• Familiarity with SAP data and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly parts repair forecast for ORC.
• Issue monthly repair status reports to LTSA team.
• Build monthly repair financial forecast.
• Create monthly new parts inventory walk financial forecast.
• Track and develop reports for Parts Planning KPIs.
• Catalog repair classification reports into ORAP Parts Trac database.
• Develop monthly part repair fallout reports.
• Review SAP data for accuracy and coordinate updates.
• Contribute to procedures for specific processes with Parts Planning team.
• Compose correspondence and other communications.
• Support building of demand status reports.
• Provide improvement ideas to current reports and KPIs.
