Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking an Organizational Excellence Associate intern to support learning programs for Power Generation Services in Orlando. The role involves coordinating trainings, developing learning materials, and administering programs with close teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.

You will gain hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint while contributing to employee development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program; master’s degree students preferred.
• Interest in learning and development, talent development, or training coordination.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and program documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentations and stakeholder questions.
• Basic analytical skills with percentages, survey results, and training data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
• Maintain training records in PowerApps and support Power BI dashboards.
• Update SharePoint pages to keep resources current.
• Create and update training materials, guides, and presentations.
• Design visuals and presentations to support communications and updates.
• Manage high-volume correspondence via email, chat, and phone.
• Protect confidential employee information at all times.
• Support development of training content using various delivery methods.
• Assist with training evaluations and improvements based on feedback.
