Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) required; SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with curiosity for data and trends.
• Basic AI literacy; ability to use AI tools to accelerate tasks such as reporting, data validation and analysis.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and approaches.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• US work authorization (sponsorship not available for this program).

Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

What You'll Do

• Collect, organize and analyze financial data to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial forecasting models and tracking key performance indicators.
• Leverage AI tools - including Claude, Copilot and others - to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks and surface insights faster.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Network with peers and professionals across the industry.

What Will Make You Successful

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) is required and SQL is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity for exploring data and uncovering trends.
• Demonstrated basic AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks such as reporting, data validation and analysis.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills.
