Job summary

Medical Mutual is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist I to participate in the design, development, and implementation of limited scope OD and training programs. You will support the research and deployment of OD tools and practices to strengthen the organization’s culture.

Working with OD staff, you will contribute to content creation, vendor coordination, and program administration while enabling effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with e-learning content development software and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and development of limited scope OD programs.
• Facilitates basic training and OD sessions.
• Develops content with e-learning tools.
• Supports onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinates with external vendors supporting OD/training delivery.
• Assists in OD department administration and scheduling.
