Medical Mutual is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist I to participate in the design, development, and implementation of limited scope OD and training programs. You will support the research and deployment of OD tools and practices to strengthen the organization’s culture.
Working with OD staff, you will contribute to content creation, vendor coordination, and program administration while enabling effective onboarding and orientation for new hires.
