Job summary

The College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL, invites applications for a full-time Coordinator, Organizational Development. This role supports college-wide organizational development initiatives, drives employee engagement, leadership development, and culture projects.

You will manage projects from planning through evaluation, coordinate timelines and resources, and partner with departments, vendors, and facilitators to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Two years of professional experience in organizational development or related area.
• Experience with strategic planning, change management, and employee engagement.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate college-wide organizational development programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and implementation processes.
• Coordinate execution of college-wide programs, workshops, trainings, and events.
• Analyze data and trends to assess program effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs and coordinate across departments.
• Maintain accurate program records and administrative activities.
