Job summary

Mujin seeks an Organizational Development Specialist in the United States to drive organizational effectiveness. You will assess structures, culture and processes, design and implement OD programs, facilitate change, and coach leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities include evaluating current practices, developing training, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals while supporting executives and managers in performance and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 3 years in employee relations, training, talent management or engagement
• 3 years in organizational development or similar role and demonstrated impact on organizational effectiveness
• Experience with skills development and capacity-building strategies
• Proficiency in office and business software; data analysis and project management skills
• Desirable CPTD or CCMP credentials and related industry experience

Responsibilities

• Assess current structures, culture, systems, and processes via surveys, interviews and data analysis to identify improvements
• Lead design and implementation of OD programs, policies, and strategies to meet objectives
• Facilitate change management through clear communications and staff guidance
• Support executive development and leadership programs
• Provide policy guidance, conflict resolution, and performance improvement support
• Consult with management on performance and leadership matters
• Coach managers on performance reviews and feedback language
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, and team-building activities
• Coordinate with HR to align talent acquisition, development, and organizational goals
• Analyze organizational data to measure effectiveness
