Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an Organizational Development Principal to lead enterprise-wide talent development and change initiatives. You will design and implement leadership development programs, conduct assessments, analyze complex data, and partner with senior leaders to align OD initiatives with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in OD/HR, strong stakeholder management, and comfort with AI-driven data analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development or HR
• Experience in large, complex or matrixed organizations with dispersed employees
• Independent worker under general supervision
• Understanding of organizational behavior and development theories
• Experience with AI in data analysis and process improvement
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup) and PowerPoint for exec presentations
• Experience in leading and co-designing leadership sessions and stakeholder workshops

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and data analysis to inform OD initiatives
• Co-design and facilitate leadership sessions and workshops
• Develop artifacts and engagement plans for leadership alignment
• Engage stakeholders and align OD projects with business objectives
• Apply AI tools to derive insights and improve workflows
• Prepare detailed reports on outcomes and impacts of development programs
• Support organizational change initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
