Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Analyst, Organizational Development to support data-driven workforce initiatives across the organization. You will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data to drive decisions, develop reporting tools, and contribute to improvement initiatives.

The role partners with HR and organizational development teams to provide insights and support program evaluation. Under the direction of the National Director of Organizational Development, you will build dashboards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, human resources, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics or similar platforms preferred.
• Basic knowledge of data management, including collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes workforce, engagement, and organizational data to support business decisions.
• Develops dashboards, scorecards, and reports communicating key metrics.
• Supports engagement, culture, and change management initiatives through data analysis and project coordination.
• Evaluates effectiveness of programs by tracking outcomes and trends.
• Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Gathers data from cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning.
