Clarity Consultants is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support two global digital transformation initiatives within a large enterprise's R&D organization.

The consultant will deliver hands-on change management activities, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training readiness, helping globally distributed teams adapt to new processes, systems, roles, and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong documentation skills to organize, analyze, and clearly communicate complex information.
• Experience mapping current-state and future-state workflows and identifying changes between them.
• Ability to develop job aids, quick-reference guides, and training materials to support change adoption.

Clarity is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support two global digital transformation initiatives within a large enterprise's Research & Development (R&D) organization.

The consultant will provide hands-on support for change management activities, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training readiness. This role will focus on helping globally distributed teams understand and prepare for changes to business processes, systems, roles, and ways of working.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can translate complex business information into clear documentation, actionable change impact assessments, and effective stakeholder communications. This is a blend of strategic and hands-on execution work.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3+ months

Hours: up to 40 hours/week

Location: remote (EST hours)

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM), business transformation, digital transformation, or related business analysis initiatives.
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and clearly communicate complex business information.
• Experience reviewing, documenting, or mapping business processes and identifying changes between current-state and future-state workflows.
• Experience developing job aids, quick reference guides, and ways-of-working documentation to support training and change adoption.
• Ability to develop change impact assessments, stakeholder documentation, communications, and supporting project materials.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with business process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams, including availability during Eastern Time morning hours.

The pay range for this is $70.00 to $80.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
