Primary Function:
The primary function of the Organizational Change Management Consultant is to lead and support the strategic direction and execution of change management, communication and readiness efforts across the Epic EHR implementation and integrate them within the ChristianaCare organization. This role involves communicating regularly across impacted stakeholders, managing the scope, schedule, and quality of change, communication, and readiness deliverables, and ensuring that changes and new ways of working that Epic will bring are delivered across the organization.
The OCM Consultant will work closely with Epic OCM Director, Epic leadership team, OCM team and system leaders to guide change management strategies, build and implement change, communication, and readiness plans, manage risks and issues, and build change capability within ChristianaCare in alignment with organizational culture. The OCM Consultant will support the preparation of all impacted collaborators for Epic, aligning leaders and equipping them to engage caregivers, and establishing adoption targets and metrics for the Epic implementation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The OCM consultant will focus on readiness and adoption to drive the success of the Epic implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational change principles, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and align collaborators at all levels.
