Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Organization Design Senior within People Consulting to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will influence operating models and design organizations to meet business objectives and drive agile ways of working.

You will lead large-scale projects, advise stakeholders, and partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions across functions such as supply chain, IT, and finance. Hybrid work with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or large-scale organizational design projects.
• 4–6 years in operating model development and related capabilities.
• Experience in org design for supply chain, IT, finance, or sales & marketing.
• Working knowledge of digital assets and analytical tools.
• Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work (3 days client site/office).
