Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization Design Senior in its People Consulting practice to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will shape operating models, design organizations at the operating model level, and influence change to meet business objectives.

You will guide large‑scale projects, engage with clients, and help teams adopt more adaptive structures. This role requires 4–6 years in related design capabilities and willingness to travel, in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Structure and Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment and Governance.
• Experience delivering org design projects in domains such as supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing.
• Working knowledge of digital assets in the organization design space and analytical tools.
• Have a primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification.
• Willingness to travel and to work in a hybrid environment with ~3 days per week at a client site or EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with clients.
• Collaborate to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for structuring teams to align with the organization’s strategy.
• Contribute to more agile ways of working within client organizations.
