Job summary

EY's People Consulting team seeks an Organization Design Senior to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will shape operating models and drive change, serving as a trusted advisor to align workforce with business objectives and strategic intent.

You'll lead large-scale design projects, build client relationships, and contribute to agile organizational structures while working in a hybrid environment with travel to client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or internal org design on large-scale projects.
• 4–6 years in operating model development and org design capabilities.
• Experience delivering org design in supply chain, IT, finance, sales & Marketing.
• Working knowledge of digital assets in org design and analytics.
• A primary degree and relevant post-graduate qualification.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with ~3 days at client site or EY office.
