Job summary

Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia / Northern Territory (RFDS SA/NT) is seeking an Organisational Development & Learning Coordinator to support learning systems, culture initiatives and workforce capability across the People, Culture & Environment team. The role focuses on LMS administration, programme coordination and cross‑functional engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting learning systems or similar workforce platforms
  • Strong digital capability across Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administration, coordination and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
  • Experience working within learning, organisational development, human resources or a related function will be highly regarded
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related discipline (or progress towards one) will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and user support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and reward and recognition system.
  • Supporting organisational development programs, resources and communications
  • Coordinating employee recognition initiatives and values-based reward programs
  • Maintaining communication channels, records and data to support informed decision-making and reporting
  • Assisting with the management of intranet content and team communications
  • Supporting the delivery of projects focused on learning, culture, engagement and capability development

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Organisational Development & Learning Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Environment team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement and organisational culture across RFDS SA/NT. You will coordinate learning and development activities, provide support for key people systems, and contribute to projects that strengthen leadership, performance and workforce development outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

You are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering exceptional support to stakeholders. You have strong organiser‑al skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Experience supporting learning systems or similar workforce platforms
  • Strong digital capability across Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administration, coordination and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
