Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia / Northern Territory (RFDS SA/NT) is seeking an Organisational Development & Learning Coordinator to support learning systems, culture initiatives and workforce capability across the People, Culture & Environment team. We are seeking a proactive Organisational Development & Learning Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Environment team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement and organisational culture across RFDS SA/NT. You will coordinate learning and development activities, provide support for key people systems, and contribute to projects that strengthen leadership, performance and workforce development outcomes.
You are a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering exceptional support to stakeholders. You have strong organiser‑al skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
