Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to design and deliver OD, learning and culture change initiatives across the organisation. You will engage with individuals, teams and services to support development, improve team effectiveness and navigate change.

Key duties include delivering values and behaviours sessions, coaching individuals and teams, supporting annual appraisal and iMatter staff experience, and leading leadership development programmes to

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level, preferably with a Postgraduate qualification.
• Professional qualifications appropriate to post (e.g., CIPD, psychometric tools, coaching certificate or diploma).
• Experience designing, delivering, evaluating and maintaining a range of generic learning programmes (induction, communication, interpersonal skills, management development, customer care).

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of organisational values programme by facilitating sessions.
• Design and deliver bespoke organisational development interventions.
• Provide coaching to individuals and teams.
• Support annual appraisal process including sessions and manager guidance.
• Support iMatter staff experience and continuous improvement tool implementation.
• Lead internal leadership and management development programmes.
• Support organisational change and culture improvement initiatives.
