Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SEO experience, agency experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GA4, GTM and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of SEO and AI search fundamentals.
• Interest in AI search and AEO and evolving search behavior.
• Experience managing local SEO listings.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO and AI search deliverables for assigned clients.
• Participate in client reporting meetings.
• Suggest strategic changes to Account Managers based on performance.
• Conduct keyword research, citation tracking, and competitive research using GA4, Search Console, and other measurement tools.
• Complete SEO and AI search audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility via page and meta information, linking, etc.
• Manage local SEO listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places.
• Interpret data from GA4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and other measurement tools.

As the Organic Search Specialist, you will execute SEO and AI search deliverables across an assigned client base while growing toward independent strategy ownership. You'll work closely with the Organic Search Manager and Sr. Specialist on client direction, handling the full range of day-to-day Organic Search work, including research, on-page optimization, local SEO, reporting, and content coordination. The expectation is accuracy and reliability, plus a developing ability to make recommendations, not just complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO and AI search deliverables for an assigned client roster
• Participate in client reporting meetings
• Suggest strategic changes to Account Managers based on observed performance trends
• Conduct keyword research, citation tracking, and competitive research using GA4, Search Console, and other measurement tools
• Complete SEO and AI search audits
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility via page and meta information, linking, etc.
• Manage local SEO listings across Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places
