Job summary

Kraken Pro seeks a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how traders discover Kraken Pro and convert. You’ll blend brand and acquisition with a product-first mindset, focusing on UX and high-intent users.

You'll lead a lean team, run experiments, optimize landing pages and funnels, collaborate with Product, Design, Legal, and Marketing, and report dashboards to executives. This role requires 5+ years in B2C growth, fintech/crypto experience, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming and a player-coach role.
• Product savvy: understand how products work, why people use them, and turn features into growth.
• UX instincts: spot friction in a flow and brief Product/Design on fixes.
• High AI competency to multiply impact and meet demand.
• Analytical rigor with funnels, cohorts, attribution and experimentation.
• Speed under pressure; markets don’t wait for approvals.
• Range as a marketer across SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships.
• Taste to avoid ineffective channels and focus on scalable ones.
• Familiarity with trading culture and trader language.
• Strong communication and leadership to align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own organic acquisition: build and run SEO, content, social, community, referrals and partnerships.
• Map funnel from first touch to first trade; report and optimize where traders drop off.
• Make UX your edge: audit and improve landing pages, signup flows, onboarding, and in-product moments.
• Acquire through brand; extend reach while building trust with traders.
• Know the product deeply and translate strengths into growth levers.
• Lead a lean, scrappy team; coach and unblock while shipping and testing.
• Test and learn: run experiments across channels and funnel steps.
• Report dashboards and insights to leadership on growth drivers and next steps.
• Ship responsibly with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant messaging across regions.
