Job summary

You will collaborate with biology, computational science, AI and ML groups to accelerate discovery, design multi-step syntheses, and analyze SAR data. Post-PhD experience is valued and a competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years post-PhD experience in organic or medicinal chemistry.
• Strong synthetic and analytical chemistry skills for multi-step synthesis and characterization.
• Familiarity with medicinal chemistry lead optimization and computational tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and synthesize small molecules with optimal properties.
• Collaborate with Biology, Computational Science, AI, and ML teams to speed up discovery.
• Work with Clinical Research Organizations to maximize library synthesis.
• Stay current with cutting-edge chemistry and automation trends to propose solutions.
• Analyze and present chemistry and SAR data at internal/external meetings.
• Draft and submit invention disclosures, publications, and lab reports.
