Job summary

LifeShare Network, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our organ recovery team as a Coordinator. This role focuses on rapid response, case management, and overseeing procedures to keep donor organs viable for transplant.

You will support families with empathy, lead educational activities, and work 8 PM–8 AM on a statewide travel schedule across Oklahoma, contributing to a life-saving mission every night.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with critical care ICU or emergency experience.
• Strong communicator with empathy and adaptability.
• Demonstrates accountability, passion, and a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work overnight (8 PM – 8 AM), including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response and Case Management: assess donor viability and manage the organ recovery process.
• Expert Care and Procedure Oversight: optimize donor conditions to keep organs viable for transplant.
• Family Support and Guidance: communicate with donor families with sensitivity and clarity.
• Leadership in Education and Practice: lead educational sessions and participate in advanced clinical procedures.
