Job summary

LifeShare Network, Inc. seeks a dedicated Critical Care Respiratory Therapist to coordinate organ recovery on the night shift across Oklahoma. The role emphasizes rapid case management and expert procedural oversight to maximize transplant viability.

You will support donor families, lead educational activities, and contribute to clinical practice improvements while advancing career growth within LifeShare Network.

Qualifications

• Licensed RT with ICU/ED experience.
• Strong communication and empathy required.
• Willing to work 8 PM–8 AM overnight shift across weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rapid Response and Case Management: assess donor viability and manage the organ recovery process.
• Expert Care and Procedure Oversight: optimize donor conditions to maintain organ viability for transplant.
• Family Support and Guidance: communicate with donor families with sensitivity and clarity.
• Leadership in Education and Practice: lead educational sessions and contribute to advanced clinical procedures.
