Job summary

LifeShare Network, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to serve as an Organ Recovery Coordinator in Oklahoma. You will coordinate rapid responses, assess donor viability, and oversee the organ recovery process to support transplantation.

The role requires licensed RTC with critical care experience, strong communication, and a willingness to work 8 PM–8 AM shifts, including weekends and holidays. It offers night shift rewards and a clear career ladder.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with ICU/emergency care experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability.
• Willingness to work overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rapid responses and manage the organ recovery process from referral to completion.
• Utilize respiratory care skills to optimize donor conditions for transplant viability.
• Provide compassionate communication and support to donor families.
• Lead educational sessions for peers and participate in advanced clinical procedures to improve outcomes.
