DCI Donor Services, Inc in West Sacramento, CA, is hiring a Surgical Technologist/Surgical Recovery Coordinator to support surgical recovery, preservation, and packaging of organs under surgeon guidance. The role includes renal preservation, on-call duties, and coordination of organ allocation and transport.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years OR experience or completion of a certified surgical tech program, plus basic data entry and MS Office skills.

• 1–2 years OR experience or graduate of a certified surgical technician program.
• Basic data entry and MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and assist in surgical recovery, preservation, and packaging of organs with surgeons.
• Lead renal preservation processes including pump operation and transport.
• Perform on-call duties to support donor recovery activities.
• Coordinate organ allocation, including kidney and liver placement and transport.
• Coordinate fly outs and fly backs.
