DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking an Organ Recovery Coordinator in West Sacramento, CA. This role requires an RN with ICU/critical care experience to oversee organ donation processes and collaborate with surgeons and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a critical care setting.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and multitask.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal communication.
• Conflict management skills are essential.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient suitability for organ donation by reviewing medical records and consulting with medical staff.
• Coordinate organ placement and allocation with transplant programs and surgeons.
• Assist in surgical recovery of organs and peri-operative management, including logistics and specimen preparation.
• Provide support to donor families and conduct medical/social history interviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
