Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is required.
• Critical care experience or organ donor management experience preferred.
• CPTC certification preferred; nursing/related science licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential donor referrals and medically manage donors.
• Coordinate organ allocation and donor recovery logistics.
• Assist in hospital and professional education development.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, UNOS, AOPO, CDC guidelines and donor records.
