Job summary

LifeLink Foundation in Tampa seeks an Assistant Manager, Recovery Services to oversee, mentor, and evaluate Transplant Coordinators and related staff under LifeLink policies. You will coordinate staff orientation, supervise procurement efforts to maximize organ recovery, and maintain clinical skills while collaborating with leadership and OPO directors.

Requirements include BSN, RN or PA (or equivalent) with 4+ years as a transplant coordinator or analogous supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience as a transplant coordinator or equivalent supervisory role.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff across a team.
• Strong organizational, problem analysis and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide staff toward LifeLink’s mission, including training, scheduling, coaching and recognition.
• Approve call schedules, vacations, and expenses to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Participate in hiring through resumes screening and interviews.
• Mentor new staff through classroom orientation and regular meetings.
• Maintain competency in transplant coordination and support procurement goals.
