This role demands critical care expertise and supports donation processes. Responsibilities include managing donor health and collaborating with hospitals to increase referral activities. Qualifications

• Experience in Critical Care patient management, ideally in ICU, OR, ER.
• Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification upon employment.
• California driver's license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary medical care to authorized organ donors.
• Manage hemodynamics and pulmonary function.
• Assist hospitals with donor referrals and organ recovery.
