Job summary

Infinite Legacy is seeking a Supervisor of Procurement Services to guide the donation services technician team toward mission goals, providing daily oversight of perfusion, organ back table and research recovery operations. You will train staff in perfusion practices and serve as the clinical expert for the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in biology or allied health, EMT/paramedic certification or health coursework, and organ recovery experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, allied health, or communications preferred.
• EMT or paramedic certification OR health-related coursework preferred.
• Experience in organ recovery; two years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department and uphold IL core values.
• Flexible scheduling and call coverage planning.
• Travel within Infinite Legacy’s Donor Services Area.
• Independently or collaboratively solve problems during crises or high stress.
• Mentor and train Procurement Specialists; participate in onboarding.
