Job summary

OneLegacy is seeking a Procurement Transplant Coordinator I to oversee organ procurement in hospitals within the Donor Service Area. You will manage donor referrals, coordinate with hospital staff, and ensure compliance with UAGA and policy while safeguarding donor care and organ function.

This in-person, full-time role requires ICU/ER experience, RN or RT, BCLS, ACLS/PALS, and travel within the DSA. You will support families, document care, and participate in education and outreach to sustain

Qualifications

• Education: RN or RT; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Critical care patient management in ICU/ER required.
• Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS and PALS within orientation; California driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage organ donor referrals and coordinate all aspects of donor management.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and transplant centers to optimize organ function.
• Maintain charting and documentation per policies.
• Travel within Donor Service Area as needed.
