Qualifications

• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and summarize program data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of Organizational Effectiveness programs, including: Corrective Action Program, Causal Analysis, Human Performance, Observation Program, Operating Experience, and Corporate Safety Review Board.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze program data using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, tracking tools, charts, templates, and other materials used to monitor program performance.
• Support the development and maintenance of program procedures, quick-reference guides, checklists, SharePoint content, and training or communication materials.
• Coordinate projects and program activities by tracking assignments, maintaining schedules, documenting decisions, following up on action items, and communicating with project stakeholders.
• Assist with change management activities associated with new or revised programs, processes, tools, and expectations.
• Complete administrative responsibilities necessary to support effective program management, including meeting coordination, document management, data entry, and records maintenance.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables with appropriate guidance from Organizational Effectiveness team members.
