Job summary

Socure is seeking a Program Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Insights to design, run, and continuously improve programs that keep the organization healthy as it scales.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development & OE, you will own the engagement survey program, support operating model design, build diagnostics, and develop a change management playbook. You are a strong PM and people analytics practitioner who can translate data into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7+ years in organizational effectiveness, program management, people analytics/insights, employee engagement, or change management, ideally in tech.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end engagement survey programs or comparable organizational diagnostics.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent); Prosci/CCMP a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in people analytics and data storytelling with survey and HRIS data.
• Experience supporting operating model or org design work a plus.
• Strong program and project management skills with multiple concurrent programs.
• High proficiency with project management, collaboration, survey, and analytics tools.
• Experience using AI/automation tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of engagement survey program — from design to roll-out communications and action planning.
• Consolidate listening data into clear dashboards; identify trends and track progress.
• Support design and rollout of operating model work, including facilitation and change management.
• Build and maintain org health diagnostics with dashboards and metrics.
• Develop and own change management playbooks, toolkits, and adoption tracking.
• Partner with AI Ops Committee, HRBPs, and leaders to assess AI-driven workflow changes.
• Plan and execute strategic talent & culture projects as they arise.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates; identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI.
