Job summary

Distyl AI, an applied AI technology company, seeks a senior individual contributor to shape its people strategy. You will diagnose the system, design interventions, build enablement, and drive adoption across the organization.

Based in New York, this hybrid role requires 3+ in-office days per week (Tuesday–Thursday). You will work closely with the Head of People to translate research into practical programs and measurable outcomes for leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience applying interventions inside a real business and measuring adoption.
• Proven ability to design diagnostics and interpret results honestly.
• Built enablement programs with measurable adoption data.
• Led internal change initiatives and coalition-building.

Responsibilities

• Act as a genuine thought partner to the Head of People and leaders on org design, team health, and growth as we scale.
• Design and field diagnostics to understand manager effectiveness, engagement, and retention drivers; translate data into interventions.
• Design and deliver manager enablement (onboarding, coaching, hard-conversation playbook) and measure adoption.
• Develop career ladders, growth conversations, and learning paths to make progression tangible.
• Lead change management for new frameworks, ways of working, and structures; build coalitions.
• Own interventions end-to-end: design, build, run, and iterate based on data.
