Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in management consulting, HR Business Partner, strategy, or organizational design related fields.
• Ability to navigate across multiple leader stakeholders and create custom solutions.
• Expert level presentation, project management, strategy, and analytical competencies.
• Advanced ability to communicate and influence Senior Executives.
• Experience working for a global company and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Org Design projects, including restructuring teams and developing governance models.
• Define best in class new department operating models with Senior Leaders and HR Partners.
• Lead design workshops and adapt to Senior Leader requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand current state.
• Story-board and present org design proposals to executives.
• Apply project management to manage org health projects and realize benefits.
• Leverage analytics and org chart software to identify health gaps.
• Lead business cases and ROI for org health initiatives.
• Mentor teams and communicate a compelling vision to executives.
