Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic II – Ordnance CDI Team Lead to support organizational maintenance for F/A-18 variants at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads ordnance maintenance, inspects, tests, and ensures compliance with NAVAIR publications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience, with significant experience supporting F/A-18 aircraft or other military tactical aircraft.
• Current or previous qualification as an Ordnance Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI), or the ability to obtain CDI qualification.
• Strong knowledge of F/A-18 aircraft systems, NAVAIR maintenance procedures, quality assurance requirements.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and mentoring junior personnel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required installation access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled organizational-level maintenance on F/A-18 aircraft across multiple variants.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to Aircraft Mechanic I and II personnel performing aircraft maintenance and ordnance-related tasks.
• Perform, supervise, troubleshoot, inspect, repair, modify, install, remove, and operationally test aircraft mechanical and ordnance systems.
• Maintain and repair aircraft ordnance and armament systems, weapons release systems, bomb racks, ejector racks, missile launchers, launch rails, gun systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, powerplant support, and related components.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production Control, Quality Assurance, engineering personnel, and Government representatives.
