Ampro ADLINK Technology in San Jose, CA is seeking an Associate Product Manager to act as the central link between customers, engineering, and strategy, translating technical detail and market insight into products and plans that drive real business growth. • Foundational understanding of engineering concepts is preferred.

The Product Manager position is office based.

What will you do:

How will you get here?

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a foundational understanding of engineering concepts is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or sales support, preferably in the hardware industry.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel skills for data tracking and PowerPoint for professional presentation development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clarify customer requirements and coordinate effectively across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to project execution.
• High learning agility, with the ability to quickly grasp technical product specifications and understand the dynamics of vertical markets.
• Understanding of Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable to facilitate communication and collaboration with our headquarters.

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD Individual offers are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This range does not include bonus compensation or benefits, which are outlined during the offer process.
