Job summary

Americare Inc. is seeking an Order Tracking Specialist to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining signed 485’s from MDs and managing high volume coordination effectively.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and experience with customer service. Bilingual candidates in Spanish, Creole, Mandarin, Russian, Bengali, or Hindu are encouraged to apply. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401K.
