Job summary

ChampionX in Sugar Land, TX seeks an Order To Cash Specialist to handle order entry, invoicing, and customer data maintenance in a fast-paced environment. You will support sales reporting, resolve order issues, and assist with EDI processing while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Order to Cash activities including order entry and invoicing.
• Maintain customer master data and monitor accounts receivable.
• Assist with sales reporting and documentation.
• Maintain EDI information and resolve related errors.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.

Job description

We have an immediate need for an **Order To Cash Specialist** in **Sugar Land, TX**. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive order to cash support to individuals, teams, or departments within an organization. The specialist will perform a wide range of Order to Cash tasks, including order entry, order management, invoicing, problem resolution, sales support & customer service. May also be involved in reporting and compliance.
