Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Order & Revenue Manager to lead and mentor the ISS Order and Revenue Management Team, overseeing the order-to-cash process, billing, and accounts receivable activities. The role partners with ISS Finance and Accounting to support revenue reporting, acting as the subject matter expert on SAP and sales processes.

The position can sit in Des Moines, IA, Iron Mountain, MI, or St.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in an accounting department or customer service.
Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to effectively identify issues, propose solutions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead department operations for order and revenue management, including billing and cash collection.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
Support sales tax filings and exemption management.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and communication for efficiency.
Coordinate with Collections to remove payment barriers and drive timely cash collection.
Serve as primary training/coaching resource for the team and assess workloads.
Assist Finance and Technical Accounting with reconciliation activities.
Foster a positive, collaborative, accountable work environment.
Handle special projects as assigned.
