Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, order management, or inside sales support.
• Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in person and over digital channels.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with SAP/Salesforce/Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms.
• Process, review, and manage customer orders with accurate pricing, product, quantity, and shipping details.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, complaints, shipping issues, pricing concerns, and product inquiries.
• Manage RMAs and tool repair transactions from start to finish, with clear customer communication.
• Provide timely status updates and manage customer expectations across channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records in SAP, Salesforce, and related systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Services, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Utilize reporting tools to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support teammates by prioritizing workload and providing cross-functional assistance as needed.
