Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to support acquisition analytics, customer integration, and O2C process visibility. The role focuses on data-driven insights across order capture, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, and deductions to improve service and scalability.

The analyst will partner with IT Data Analytics and Master Data to validate the enterprise Order to Cash data model and develop impactful dashboards for customer performance and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL and data visualization experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics for acquisitions and customer transitions to enable smooth integration.
• Analyze order-to-cash data and identify bottlenecks, exceptions, and root causes.
• Develop dashboards and reports for O2C performance and customer visibility.
• Collaborate with IT Data Analytics and Master Data to refine the data model.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer operations and service.
