Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to drive acquisition analytics, customer integration mapping, pricing readiness, and EDI validation. You will transform complex data into insights that improve service, reduce risk, and enable scalable growth.

You will collaborate with the IT Data Analytics team to refine the Order to Cash data model, develop dashboards, and provide reporting on order status and fulfillment across customers and warehouses.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP systems and data integration.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support analytics and project coordination for acquisitions, customer transitions, ERP migrations, and shipping-point changes.
• Analyze legacy data to support integration planning.
• Develop reporting for order status by customer, account, ship-to, item, and warehouse.
• Identify bottlenecks, data issues, and root causes impacting customer experience.
• Collaborate with IT Data Analytics and Master Data to define the Order to Cash data model.
• Validate ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI relationships across systems.
• Develop dashboards to drive OTC performance and operational readiness.
• Support new technologies and workflow automation.
