Job description

Order Support Representative I

The Order Support Representative I interfaces with customers, sales representatives, and other individuals via phone to handle various pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

• Serve in the inbound phone queue.
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
• Play a crucial role in removing friction from the customer experience and improving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist customers with inquiries or concerns related to products or services.
• Process orders received via phone.
• Research and resolve issues related to accounting, pricing, and shipping.
• Monitor customer orders and keep customers informed of order status.
• Escalate issues as appropriate.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or a similar environment.
• Strong people and phone skills.
• High-quality customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of customer relationship management.
• Accurate data entry, general computer, and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary ranges from $34,500 to $59,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and other factors. The position is eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
