Legends Global in Buffalo, NY is hiring an Order Success Representative to manage orders end-to-end and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will work with vendors, sales, and the creative team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and exceed quality expectations.

The role is on site in Buffalo with an hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use AI.

Responsibilities

• Quotes product based on customer specifications.
• Orders product based on customer requests.
• Completes art sheets required prior to production.
• Inputs customer orders into invoicing system.
• Reviews customer billing and invoicing prior to submission.
• Provides customer support regarding orders, returns, shortages, damages, and back ordered products.
• Processes customer credits in the invoicing system.
• Supports outside sales representatives and their customers.
• Reconciles vendor invoices with customer invoices.
• Meets with customers to determine needs and advise on Legends Global Merchandise.
• Checks in and receives products from vendors when time sensitive.
• Files customer order documentation.
