The Container Store is seeking an Order Specialist in Orlando to manage daily customer order processes and keep the stockroom neat, safe, and organized. You will work with store leadership to ensure timely pickup and local delivery fulfillment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2–5 years inventory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Possesses focused attention to detail and solid organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Works merchandise processing during early morning or evenings (based on the schedule).
• Pulls and prepares customer orders for pickup.
• Ensures that the quantity of customer orders are evaluated each day for curbside pickup and local delivery.
• Executes all daily tasks so that all orders are completed on time.
• Communicates with customers on issues regarding their orders, through resolution.
• Maintains the stockroom to be organized and well-maintained to support store visuals and selling.
• Adheres to time expectations for the role with accuracy and pace.
• Leads the sales floor and partners with Managers on tasks.
• Engages with customers to solve organizational challenges.
