Ukrop's Homestyle Foods in Richmond, VA is seeking a Full-Time Order Selector to join our logistics team onsite. You will help ensure accurate picking, staging, and shipping of Fresh Prepared Foods and Bakery products in a fast-paced warehouse, while upholding food safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and ownership, with hands-on use of pallet jacks and order-selecting equipment in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing, distribution, safety, and security support operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Ukrop's food safety standards.
• Maintain product integrity and proper cold chain environment.
• Replenish pick locations and manage inventory.
• Select, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.
• Assist with cross-docking and trailer loading/unloading.
• Report on product quality issues and food safety concerns.
• Support SQF, HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs protocols.

As an Order Selector, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately selected, staged, and shipped to meet customer expectations. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity and uphold food safety standards.
